INFORMATION ORDER POLICY
  1. Orders can only be accepted from the UK.

  2. All goods and postage charges must be fully paid for in advance. Proof of payment is sent in the form of an invoice with the goods.

  3. Where possible, we will keep you informed of the stages of progress of any order, normally next day!

  4. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

  5. Goods may be returned within 7 days after date of delivery for refund, provided they are in the same condition they were dispatched. Provided that the goods were delivered, the refund will exclude any charges made for postage.

  6. All prices are stated in GB pounds sterling. No other currencies are accepted.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

All Traser® / H3 Navigator watches (Type 3, 6, Diver and Commander) are warranted against defects in materials and manufacture by Traser® for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

(giving you a total of 3 years warranty)

The Traser® illumination system is guaranteed for 10 years. In the event of failure within this period the watch will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent model by Traser®.

Straps, bracelets, glass and batteries are not covered by this warranty. Defects or damage caused by misuse or servicing carried out by non­ approved persons are also not covered by the warranty.

In the event of a claim please include your warranty card as proof of purchase.
